Merrill on Kelo

Tom Merrill testified before the Senate yesterday (HT SCOTUSblog) on "myths" about Kelo. I think his testimony is a fantastic read, and highlights the misconceptions about the case that I think are driving the outrage. I'll let the dissenters on the blog take pot shots at Merrill's points since I, as usual, agree with him.
