Solomon Amendment

The Justices have agreed to review a 3rd circuit ruling holding the Solomon Amendment unconstitutional. More to come...

We had Gerald Walpin, amicus for the S.Ct. appeal, here speaking on the topic. I blogged about it here. We should definitely take this up in more detail, perhaps (ex) post finals. :)
